Cavalier Resources announces binding project financing for the Crawford Gold Project, supporting the Company’s progress towards gold production while minimising shareholder dilution.

<ul><li>Executed binding term sheets with Javelin Global Commodities and Ottomin Pty Ltd for combined project debt facilities of approx. A$23 million.</li><li>Funding structure includes a US$13 million Gold Prepayment Facility and an A$5 million Gold Loan Facility, aligned with future project cash flows.</li><li>Financing designed to minimise shareholder dilution and support site establishment, procurement, construction, and working capital.</li><li>Senior secured lenders with equal ranking; facilities subject to conditions precedent and definitive documentation.</li><li>Follows key milestones such as a completed Pre-Feasibility Study and Native Title and Mining Agreement, and strengthens pathway to first gold production.</li></ul>
